I’m Francesco, Senior Country Officer at J.P. Morgan in Italy. We have been in Italy for more than 100 years and have continuously served all our clients, companies, banks, institutions, entrepreneurs, both in good times and in bad times. Good morning,

I'm Luisa De Giorgi and I’m one of the portfolio managers at the Milan office for J.P. Morgan Private Bank. Our way of working with clients is to first of all, understand their needs, their dreams and sometimes what the family s priorities are. It's just about spending time getting to know each other, understand what their limits and aspirations are and the family s wealth goals. It is a very uncertain world, both geopolitically, but above all financial. And what we try to do with our clients is to explain and simplify what s happening in the world and understanding what we can control, and then combine that volatility with short-term difficulty compared to long-term plans, because they are the ones  who really make the difference.

The quality of the team that supports clients is certainly a fundamental aspect of our offer and also the very long experience with regards to investments, certainly the solidity of the balance sheet, the continuous capacity for innovation of the product and the continuity of the management team.

I am Francesco Guidi, Vice Chairman of the Private Bank in Milan.
