Natacha Minniti is a Managing Director and Head of 23 Wall, International and Global Co-Head, Family Office Practice at J.P. Morgan. With a distinguished career in wealth management, Natacha is a trusted advisor to the world's most sophisticated families and entrepreneurs.
23 Wall is a specialized global team that bridges the Investment Bank and Private Bank, offering unparalleled access to J.P. Morgan's intellectual capital, balance sheet, and global deal flow. The purpose of this group is to help families and entrepreneurs navigate the firm for their personal, family office, and operating business needs.
Natacha is also a member of the International Private Bank Management Committee and in her role as the Global Co-Head of the J.P. Morgan Global Family Office Practice, she is focussed on delivering best in class insights, Investments and advice for Family Office clients.
Previously, Natacha ran the Private Bank in New York, where she led a team of more than 100 professionals who excelled in advising families and founders on all aspects of their wealth.
Throughout her career, Natacha has developed expertise, assisting families and founders in the consumer, luxury, media, and tech sectors during pivotal business cycles. Her ability to provide tailored solutions ensures that clients receive the highest level of service and guidance.
Ms. Minniti graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics, Finance, and Business Administration from Bocconi University in 2001. Following her graduation, she started her career in the Mergers & Acquisitions division of the J.P. Morgan Investment Bank in London before transitioning to the Private Bank in 2004.
In 2023 and 2024, Natacha was honored on the PAM 50 Most Influential List, recognizing her as a leader in wealth management innovation and her ability to shape the sector to bring the best to clients.
Beyond her professional achievements, Ms. Minniti is actively involved in several foundations and philanthropic initiatives, both in the United States and Europe. Natacha is currently on The Mission 44 – Lewis Hamilton Foundation Board of Trustees and she mentors several upcoming founders and is a strong supporter of the development of women's talents within the bank and the financial industry.
