Fabien Labouret

Fabien Labouret is currently a Managing Director, heading Investment Solutions for Asia, based in Hong Kong. He joined JP Morgan in early 2021 in London, initially to launch and lead the development of the Structured Private Markets activities within Equities-CIB, before joining the Private Bank in September 2022.

Prior to that and for the past 11 years, Fabien was a Managing Director within Equities and Derivatives at Barclays CIB. Based in London Mr. Labouret was the Global Head of Equities Structuring, leading the firms exotic structuring, issuance platforms, institutional solutions structuring, PE financing and cross-asset quantitative investment strategies (QIS) globally. He was additionally on the Board of Barclays Investment Manager, leading the Asset Management activities of Barclays in Europe and Japan.

Mr. Labouret joined Barclays in 2010 from BNP Paribas CIB in New York where he was a Managing Director, Head of Global Structuring Group for the Americas since 2007.

Prior to that he was at Caisse des Depots et Consignations since 2000 (now Natixis) in Tokyo, where he spent 6 years, then in Hong-Kong for 2 years, where he was responsible for the Structured Products and Fund Derivatives activities for Asia-Pacific and the Middle East. Fabien started his career in Paris at Bank Indosuez CIB in the Fixed Income and Credit Structuring group, were he spent 4 years.

Mr. Labouret received a Master’s Degree in Financial Engineering from ESSEC business school.
