Biography
Richelle Mackiewicz is Managing Director and Head of the J.P. Morgan Wealth Management Restricted Stock Group which includes a dedicated 10b5-1 team based in New York. Richelle provides regulatory knowledge and marketing support for control and restricted securities transactions. With over 30 years of control and restricted securities experience, Richelle works closely with clients, their advisors, and issuer counsel to help facilitate transactions and develop tailored strategies for corporate executives, board members, founders, and restricted stockholders.
Richelle received a B.A. from Villanova University and an Honors Certificate for the Lawyer’s Assistant Program from Adelphi University. She has her Series 7, 9, 10 and 63 licenses.
