Diverse wealth is the private bank's intentional strategy to engage our diverse and multicultural clients in a way that is culturally relevant, that is authentic, but most importantly prioritizes the nuanced needs within our diverse communities.
We create deliberate, authentic, culturally relevant opportunities for our clients and our prospects to engage with bankers across the firm on things that matter to them. And that's one of the things that we realize that when you are deciding the relationship that you want to have with a bank that you want them to show up where you show up. You want them to understand what matters to you. And what our commitment is to say we want to be the bank of choice for your wealth to impact generations.
The breadth and depth of our platform is unlike any other whether it is a client looking to invest in something that they're more passionate about, whether a client wants to be more philanthropic, and we want to help them find and figure out what those philanthropic goals are.
What we're trying to do is getting really involved with the community in every aspect that this involves. We're talking to foundations. We're talking to key players within the community. We're expanding our reach to not only be able to provide a service that we provide through the private bank to our clients but also caring about our community and getting involved with it.
The diverse wealth is really taking advice that we have for all of our clients and tailoring it for our female clients through women in wealth. And what that means is really understanding how women make decisions, how women think about their investments, what women need in terms of advice, and really thinking through that.
We like to surround our clients with a full breadth of solutions. And that includes dealing with investments, banking, lending. But it also means dealing with their family dynamics and who they truly are.
We wanted to identify with the needs and the services that they needed with a cultural overlay for our advisors to better connect with these families on topics of interest that matter to them.
Diverse wealth is the opportunity to deliver the JPMorgan platform in a culturally nuanced way because we understand that our clients and their differences change the way that they view planning, borrowing, investing, and banking.
