Michael Grippo is an Executive Director at J.P. Morgan Private Bank. As the Head of Family Office Aggregation and Reporting, Michael leads a team in centralizing and managing the holistic distribution of portfolio information vital to sound financial decision making. This seamless process is designed to deliver insights and perspectives across a client’s financial picture regardless of where their investments are held in custody.
Michael recognizes the importance of aggregating data through a single portal, as access to meaningful reporting will transform the way sophisticated families and their advisors account for and evaluate the totality of their holdings. As a leader in this innovative field, J.P. With a career that has been focused on custody and disseminating data, Michael has spent the better part of two decades honing his vision for aggregated reporting. He began at Fiduciary Trust Company International and held roles at several leading firms in global custody and client reporting, relationship and product management, business development, client service and operations. In 2007, Michael joined J.P. Morgan as Head of Custody Services Product and Sales for the Americas. Most recently, he spent eight years at Citi Private Bank as the Head of Custody Sales for the Americas.
Michael earned a B.S. in Communications Media Management with a minor in Business Administration from the State University of New York. He attended New York University’s School of Professional Studies, earning a Certificate in Financial Planning.
Michael and his wife Nancy reside in Bethpage, NY and they enjoy supporting the local sports teams, particularly the New York Giants, the Yankees, and as a New York Islanders season ticket holder. He has two daughters, Casey, who resides in Boston and Lindsay, who lives in Brooklyn, and he appreciates any opportunity to spend time with them.
