Kamiar Vossoughi, CFP®, CFA®

Kamiar Vossoughi is a Managing Director and Market Team Lead at J.P. Morgan Private Bank. Kamiar directs a talented group of Bankers in providing sophisticated wealth management strategies to some of Greater Chicago’s most successful individuals, executives, entrepreneurs, business owners, families and institutions. His focus is on scaling the resources of an industry leader to a local level so that clients may fulfill their purposes and leave legacies for the next generation.

In his senior role, Kamiar plays an influential part in driving J.P. Morgan’s impact and growth among stakeholders and centers of influence in the community. One of his core principles is to deliver top-notch service, and he ensures his team has the tools and best practices to help clients optimize their financial scenarios. Kamiar embraces a servant leadership approach, rolling up his sleeves to address challenges, no matter their size. He networks with internal partners and works directly with a strategic group of clients to sustain and grow their wealth over the long term.

Kamiar’s 25-year career has spanned many facets of the financial services industry, including private banking, financial planning and portfolio management. Most recently, he was a Senior Managing Director at BMO Private Bank, covering the Hinsdale and Naperville markets. Previously, he worked at MB Financial, helping build its wealth management presence within the business owner community.

A graduate of Vanderbilt University, Kamiar earned a B.A. in Economics. He received an M.B.A. from the DePaul Driehaus College of Business. Kamiar is a CFA® charterholder and a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional. He was a Fellow in Leadership Greater Chicago’s class of 2010.

Kamiar volunteers his time in Hinsdale and the Western Suburbs, where he lives and is expanding the firm’s presence. He sits on the board of Metropolitan Family Services, a premier social services organization with roots in Chicago and a presence in DuPage County.

Outside of the office, Kamiar is an avid runner who enjoys pickleball. Some of his best times are spent hanging out with his family.
