Our partnership with Brilliant Minds


We are proud to continue our partnership with the Brilliant Minds Community program for a second consecutive year.

Established in 2015 by serial entrepreneur Ash Pournouri and Spotify founder CEO Daniel Ek, the early mission of Brilliant Minds was to spotlight the successful Swedish ‘tech ecosystem,’ and assemble creative individuals - who reflect the Swedish values of transparency, equality, and social responsibility - to collaborate and create impact.

The Brilliant Minds Community Program “A Taste of Brilliant Minds” offers 200 young guests from local communities across Stockholm the chance to experience some of the principles and thinking of the larger Brilliant Minds event with a series of panels and interviews sharing powerful stories and challenging conversations.

Community Impact in Sweden


J.P. Morgan is focused on business growth and entrepreneurship in Sweden. Small businesses generate jobs, create diverse communities and are vital to the prosperous cities in which we operate.

In Sweden, we have a multi-year philanthropic commitment to support NyföretagarCentrum (NFC), whose mission it is to promote, expand and enhance possibilities for entrepreneurs to start sustainable businesses, create jobs, build stronger communities and economic growth.

The focus of our commitment is to strengthen migrant and refugee women-led entrepreneurship in Sweden by supporting NFC to expand their current model to reach an estimated 9,000 potential business founders, including approximately 3,000 migrant and refugee women. This will lead to an estimated 600 new women-led companies being started or supported, creating at least 800 new quality jobs.
