Ari Katz is Global Head of Banking & Wealth Planning for J.P. Morgan’s Wealth Management Solutions business. He oversees a team of approximately 800 professionals who help clients manage, preserve, and grow their wealth through a broad offering that includes Mortgages, Trusts and Estates, Deposits and Custody, Insurance and Annuities.
Prior to his current role, Mr. Katz held a variety of Solutions leadership positions focused on strategically transforming J.P. Morgan Private Bank’s core products, which accelerated innovation and led to multiple performance and growth records.
During his 20 years with the firm, Mr. Katz also led the 1,000-person global Client Service organization, as well as the Portfolio Management Group and Advice Lab. In addition, he helped develop the Private Bank’s Global Access offering, a suite of opportunistic multi-asset class and multi-manager portfolios.
Mr. Katz graduated from Johns Hopkins University with a B.A. in Economics and Near Eastern Studies, and received his M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
