
Vince La Padula is the CEO of Workplace Solutions, formerly known as Global Shares, a company acquired by J.P. Morgan in 2022. He and his team partner closely with all lines of business to provide a comprehensive suite of employer and employee-focused financial strategies. Together, they ensure clients take full advantage of their relationships with J.P. Morgan.
With over 20 years at J.P. Morgan, Vince also serves on the Asset and Wealth Management Operating Committee. He joined the firm in 2004 in the Corporate & Investment Bank and transitioned to Wealth Management in 2006 as a Senior Banker, focusing on ultra-high-net-worth clients. This move marked the beginning of his Private Banking career, which then led him to lead the CEO Business Group and later become the New York Metro Region Head in the Private Bank. From 2014 to 2023, he led the Private Bank’s Lending, Deposits & Custody businesses, where he managed a team of specialists providing tailored financing solutions to clients and partnered with advisors to assist individuals and families manage complicated banking and custody scenarios.
Prior to joining the firm, Vince served in New York City Government from 1992 to 2001, ultimately becoming Mayor Bloomberg’s Senior Advisor for policy. His responsibilities included the creation of New York City’s 311 system, currently still in service, and advising on all policy strategies and Mayoral priorities.
Vince holds Bachelor of Science, Master of Public Administration, and Juris Doctor degrees. He resides in Greenwich, Connecticut, and serves on the boards of Investors Heritage Corporation and the National Executive Board of the Boy Scouts of America.
