
Pablo Garnica
Pablo Garnica is CEO of the J.P. Morgan Private Bank in Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA), responsible for managing J.P. Morgan’s overall Private Banking business in these markets. He is a Board Member of J.P. Morgan (Suisse) SA and a Management Board Member of J.P. Morgan SE, the firm’s European legal entity offering products and services across J.P. Morgan’s Corporate & Investment Bank, Commercial Bank and Private Bank.
Based in Madrid, Pablo serves on several other firmwide governance forums, key member in EMEA of the Adelante Business Resource Group and globally of the ASCEND Program for the next generation of leaders.
Pablo has more than 35 years of experience in financial services. Since joining J.P. Morgan in 1996, he has played a key role in facilitating partnerships across the firm’s businesses to best align clients’ sophisticated financial needs.
Prior to joining J.P. Morgan in 1996, Pablo spent several years at Banesto in both Mexico and the United States, serving Latin American private clients and family businesses.
Pablo holds a degree in Economics and Business from Colegio Universitario de Estudios Financieros (CUNEF).
