How to create account nicknames
Nickname your accounts to easily identify them – with J.P. Morgan Online℠ or the J.P. Morgan Mobile® app.¹
Here’s how to get started:
- Sign in to JPMorganOnline.com
- Select the “person” icon on the top right to access "Profile & settings"
- Select “Account settings”
- Select “Nickname accounts”
- Select the box below the account you wish to nickname and enter the desired nickname
- Repeat for each account you wish to nickname
- Select “Save changes”
- Sign in to the J.P. Morgan Mobile app
- Tap the “person” icon
- Tap, “Settings”
- Select "Account settings"
- Tap “Nickname accounts”
- Tap the box below the account you wish to nickname and enter the desired nickname
- Repeat for each account you wish to nickname
- Tap “Save changes”
