How to manage linked devices, apps, sites, and external accounts
Keep tabs on the devices that have access to your accounts linked to your J.P. Morgan Private Bank accounts – through J.P. Morgan Online℠ or the J.P. Morgan Mobile® app.¹
Here’s how to get started:
Keep tabs on the devices that have access to your accounts and even monitor activity by device. You also have the option to deactivate an authorized device.
- Sign in to JPMorganOnline.com
- Select "Security & privacy"
- Or, depending on account type, select “Security” then select “Manage security & privacy”
- Scroll down to and select “Devices”
- Select the dropdown next to a device name from the list
- Choose if you’d like to view the device’s activity or deactivate the device
View and manage the apps and websites with which you/your authorized users have shared your data.
- Sign in to JPMorganOnline.com
- Select "Security & privacy"
- Or, depending on account type, select “Security” then select “Manage security & privacy”
- Select “Linked apps and websites”
- View and manage apps and websites linked to your accounts
Manage the external financial accounts that you have linked to your J.P. Morgan accounts. Remove these external accounts or add additional external accounts.
- Sign in to JPMorganOnline.com
- Select "Security & privacy"
- Or, depending on account type, select “Security” then select “Manage security & privacy”
- Select “External accounts”
- Review and manage your existing linked accounts, choose whether they should be shared with your advisor, or link new accounts from another financial institution
- Sign in to the J.P. Morgan Mobile app
- Tap the “person” icon
- Tap “Settings”
- Tap "Security & privacy"
- Tap the word “Devices”
- Tap a device name from the list
- Choose if you’d like to view the device’s activity or deactivate the device

- Tap the “person” icon
- Tap “Settings”
- Tap "Security & privacy"
- Scroll down, and then tap “Linked apps and websites”
- View and manage apps and websites linked to your accounts

- Review and manage your existing linked accounts, confirm your account is being shared with your advisor, or link a new account from another financial institution
