How to use Chase Credit Journey®
Access your credit score, see your credit report and learn about credit all with J.P. Morgan Online℠ or the J.P. Morgan Mobile® App.¹
Here’s how to get started:
- Sign in to JPMorganOnline.com
- Find “Plan, track & manage” on the right
- Select "Credit Journey"
- Review the terms and conditions, and select the box “I’ve read and agree to the above”
- Indicate if you would also like to enroll in Identity Monitoring: “Yes” or “No”
- Select "Enroll"
- Sign in to JPMorganOnline.com
- Find “Plan, track & manage” on the right
- Select "Credit Journey"
- Your score will be visible on the top left of this dashboard
- Sign in to JPMorganOnline.com
- Find “Plan, track & manage” on the right
- Select "Credit Journey"
- Select “Credit” from the navigation
- From the drop-down, select “Score factors”
- You can return to the Credit Journey dashboard page by selecting “Chase Credit Journey” at the top
- Sign in to JPMorganOnline.com
- Find “Plan, track & manage” on the right
- Select "Credit Journey"
- Select “Set score goal”
- Read the subsequent information, and select “Get started”
- Follow remaining prompts to set up your customized plan
- Sign in to JPMorganOnline.com
- Find “Plan, track & manage” on the right
- Select "Credit Journey"
- Select “Credit” from the navigation
- From the drop-down, select “Credit report”
- You can return to the Credit Journey dashboard page by selecting “Chase Credit Journey” at the top
- Sign in to JPMorganOnline.com
- Find “Plan, track & manage” on the right
- Select "Credit Journey"
- Select “Alerts” from the navigation
- From the drop-down, select “Alert settings”
- Select “edit” to edit your alert delivery method (if desired)
- Select the toggle for the types of alerts you would like to receive
- Select the box next to how you’d like to receive each alert
- Select “Save”
- Sign in to the J.P. Morgan Mobile app
- Scroll down to “Credit Journey”, and tap "Get free score"
- Indicate if you would also like to enroll in Identity Monitoring by moving the toggle “on” or leaving it off by default
- Review the terms and conditions, and select the box to indicate that you’ve done so
- Tap "Enroll"
- Sign in to the J.P. Morgan Mobile app
- Scroll down to “Credit Journey”, and tap “See details”
- Your score will be visible on the top of this dashboard
- Sign in to the J.P. Morgan Mobile app
- Scroll down to “Credit Journey”, and tap “See details”
- Tap “Credit” from the navigation
- From the drop-down, tap “Score factors”
- Return to the main Credit Journey dashboard after reviewing your factors by tapping “Credit” then “Credit score”
- Sign in to the J.P. Morgan Mobile app
- Scroll down to “Credit Journey”, and tap “See details”
- Scroll down, and tap “Set score goal”
- Read the subsequent information, and select “Get started”
- Follow remaining prompts to set up your customized plan
- Sign in to the J.P. Morgan Mobile app
- Scroll down to “Credit Journey”, and tap “See details”
- Tap “Credit” from the navigation then, from the drop-down, tap “Credit report”
- Return to the main Credit Journey dashboard after reviewing by tapping “Credit” then “Credit score”
- Sign in to the J.P. Morgan Mobile app
- Scroll down to “Credit Journey”, and tap “See details”
- Tap “Alerts” from the navigation
- From the drop-down, tap “Alert settings”
- Tap “Credit report monitoring” or “Identity monitoring”
- Tap “off” next to the alert(s) you would like to receive
- A dropdown will show options by which you can receive your alerts
- Tap to toggle “on” next to your preferred means of receiving alerts
- Tap “Save Changes”
