ACH Debit Block helps protect your selected accounts from unauthorized ACH debits by enabling you to manage approved payees for authorized ACH debits.
Here’s how to get started:

- Select “Next”
- Review your changes. If everything is accurate, select “Submit”
- If you were not previously the system admin on your account, review the pop up “Are you sure you want to enroll in Fraud Protection?” and select “Cancel” or “OK”
- A confirmation page will be displayed
- Note: Once enrolled, ACH debits are blocked from the enrolled accounts. To allow ACH debits from these accounts, you will need to add payees to the ‘Allowed Payees’ list so your payments will process
- Now that you have enrolled, you can also entitle authorized sub-users if desired
If you previously had ACH debit block on this account, or on another account, previously blocked ACH debits will automatically populate in the ACH Debit Block Reports screen within one business day of your re-enrolling in ACH debit block. You will be able to select the payees from those previously blocked ACH debits for this account.
