Will Locke is a Managing Director and Head of U.S. Client Service at J.P. Morgan Private Bank. He leads a team of
more than 800 managers and specialists dedicated to delivering a seamless, highly personalized service experience that anticipates needs and helps simplify the complexities of clients’ banking. His service partners bring deep private-banking expertise and knowledge of the firm’s resources, products, exclusive services and digital tools, supporting day-to-day transactions and securities assistance.
Grounded in a highly tailored, personal approach, Will’s team seeks to understand each client’s unique needs and make
the complicated feel easy—connecting clients to the firm’s resources through experienced, proactive service professionals and licensed specialists. The team provides comprehensive support across cash management and money transfers, general account maintenance and securities assistance, with a strong emphasis on account protection, fraud prevention and remediation and safeguarding clients’ finances and information.
Will is a seasoned financial services leader with 20+ years of experience delivering operational excellence—optimizing processes and organizational design, accelerating digital adoption, shaping strategy and strengthening credit risk, servicing, location strategy and end-to-end service delivery. Most recently, he led Client Solutions & Service Enablement at City National Bank and designed risk and control frameworks and operational resiliency models, including leading AI-driven quality programs and shared service models aligned with innovation priorities.
Will has completed executive education in AI Strategy for Executives and AI in Action through Arizona State University’s
W. P. Carey School of Business, tying his experience to practical AI adoption, operational transformation and business strategy. Will is committed to developing the next generation of leaders and actively mentors students and emerging professionals, including through his involvement with ALFPA and the ASU W. P. Carey School of Business Mentor

Outside of work, Will and his wife Jordan are raising five children and he values time with his family, including faithful Costco runs every Sunday as a family tradition.
