Tashi Sarhan is an Executive Director and Private Banker at J.P. Morgan Private Bank, where she provides expert financial guidance to some of the wealthiest families and individuals in the country. Tashi specializes in helping clients navigate the complex requirements of substantial wealth, offering strategic advice that adds value across their entire financial landscape. Tashi is dedicated to building personal connections and fostering trust with her clients. She takes the time to understand their unique priorities and concerns, allowing her to anticipate and exceed their expectations. Her extensive experience in delivering J.P. Morgan's products and services positions her as a trusted advisor, bringing intellectual capital and industry insights to meet clients' diverse financial needs.

With over 20 years of experience in the industry, Tashi brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise in all aspects of financial planning. She was recently the Co-Head of the New York Mortgage Solutions practice, where she led a team of 34 Mortgage Specialists and Professionals. Since joining JPMorgan Chase in 2010 as a Branch Manager, she has managed the corporate headquarters branch in New York City, overseeing 95 employees and $4.2 billion in assets.

Tashi holds a B.S. in Computer Science with minors in Mathematics and Finance from Adelphi University Honors College, where she was a dedicated tennis player on a full scholarship. She is actively involved in philanthropic endeavors, serving on the board of Culture For One, a New York-based non-profit organization dedicated to enriching the lives of children in foster care through the arts. Additionally, she is a member of the Professional Development Committee of the Asian Leadership Forum at J.P. Morgan and an active member of Women on the Move.
