Roxana Villafane Beggs

Portfolio Manager, Outsourced Chief Investment Office

Roxana Villafane Beggs is an Executive Director with J.P. Morgan’s Outsourced Chief Investment Office, providing long-term investment policy advice and customized strategies for institutional families, family offices and nonprofits in the region.

Prior to J.P. Morgan, Roxana was the Head of International Clients within Morgan Stanley’s OCIO team focused on asset allocation and portfolio construction. She collaborated with the firm’s tax, and trust and estate attorneys to create tax-efficient, multi-asset portfolios for offshore ultra-high-net-worth clients. Before Morgan Stanley, she worked as a Portfolio Strategist at UBS. She started her career in the capital markets, including time as a Eurobond trader in Argentina.

Roxana earned her Master of Finance from Centro de Estudios Macroeconomicos Argentinos (CEMA). She has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Universidad Argentina de la Empresa (UADE). Roxana holds the FINRA Series 7, 24, 63 and 65 securities designations.
