In her senior leadership role, Marjie leads a team that curates personalized strategies across the balance sheet to support the complex needs of founders, business owners and C-suite executives and families. She brings deep experience advising clients through private equity transactions, M&A activity and other milestone events that can create liquidity—helping clients plan thoughtfully for what comes next and positioning the market for continued growth and strong community presence.
Marjie leads with authenticity and empathy, grounded in clear communication and a commitment to understanding each client’s goals over time. By listening closely and aligning the firm’s capabilities to each client’s evolving priorities, Marjie and her team help clients navigate opportunities and challenges with confidence and purpose.
With the firm since 2007, Marjie has built a career across the Commercial and Investment Bank—beginning in investment banking supporting large-cap consumer retail clients and later transitioning into middle market commercial banking. There, she partnered closely with founders, owners and C-suite executives of companies ranging from $20 million to $2 billion in revenue at various stages of the business lifecycle, advising on financing, cash management and growth. Most recently, she served as a Market Executive leading the Orange County Middle Market Commercial Banking team.
Marjie earned a BS in Accounting and Business Administration with Special Attainments in Commerce from Washington & Lee University. Before relocating back to Dallas, she was actively involved with CASA of Orange County, an organization that amplifies the voices of children who have experienced abuse, neglect and abandonment by providing advocacy and meaningful connection.
Born and raised in Dallas, Marjie is thrilled to be back in the Lone Star State—raising her family and giving back to the city that shaped her. Outside of the office, she and her husband, Casey, stay busy with their two sons, Duke and Henry, and enjoy weekends outdoors and spending time with family.
