Lee Banchetti®

Lee is an Executive Director and Market Team Lead in the Houston office of J.P. Morgan Private Bank. In her senior leadership role, she leads a team of advisors who develop personalized strategies across the balance sheet to address the unique needs and aspirations of successful individuals—including business owners, corporate executives, multi-generational families, and family offices. Lee is focused on overseeing the growth and development of her team, ensuring they deliver exceptional service and strategies to clients.

Lee is dedicated to building long-term relationships with her clients, prioritizing trust and understanding in every interaction. As a leader, she sets the standard for her team by taking the time to learn each client’s unique goals and circumstances, ensuring that advice and strategies are tailored to their evolving needs. By fostering ongoing communication and collaboration, Lee empowers her team to help clients achieve lasting financial success.

Before returning to J.P. Morgan, Lee was most recently a Senior Vice President and Investment Regional Manager at PNC Private Bank, where she led a team of investment advisors and provided investment leadership for complex client accounts. In this role, she worked closely with professionals in financial and estate services, trusts, and banking to help clients achieve their financial objectives. Previously, she spent 14 years as an Executive Director at J.P. Morgan Private Bank, advising business owners, multi-generational families, and corporate executives on tailored investment strategies. Earlier in her career, she held positions at an investment consulting firm and a family office, and began her career in 2001 with Arthur Andersen in their Private Client Services division in Houston.

Lee earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Banking & Finance from The University of Mississippi, graduating cum laude. She holds the Certified Financial Planner® designation. Lee is active in her children’s school, having previously served on the school’s foundation board, and is a sustaining member of the Junior League of Houston.

A native Houstonian, Lee currently resides in the Heights with her two children, Olivia and Henry. Outside of work, she enjoys running, cycling, and spending time outdoors at her family ranch.
