Kostas Splagounias serves as the Managing Director and Market Team Lead at J.P. Morgan Private Bank in Boston. He leads a team of Bankers and Specialists dedicated to addressing the complex wealth management needs of New England's founders, entrepreneurs, executives, families, and foundations. As a Massachusetts native, Kostas plays a key role in enhancing J.P. Morgan’s community presence and strategic growth as part of the Boston Leadership Team.

Kostas has spent his entire career in Private Banking, beginning at Bank of America Private Bank before joining J.P. Morgan in 2015. His focus is on providing clients with access to the firm’s global capabilities and robust balance sheet.Kostas holds a B.S. in Finance from Bentley University and is a Trustee Associate at St. John’s Prep. He is fluent in Greek and actively volunteers with local organizations.
