Kiley Baker

Kiley Baker is a North Carolina native and a Managing Director with J.P. Morgan Private Bank, serving as Head of Raleigh and eastern North Carolina. In this role, she leads the region’s Private Bank team and is dedicated to delivering the vast resources of JPMorganChase to the families and institutions they serve.

As a leader, Kiley plays an influential role in strengthening J.P. Morgan’s impact and growth in the community, fostering a culture of empowerment and equipping her team with the resources to help clients achieve meaningful goals. She leads with a client-first mindset, listening closely to understand what clients want their wealth to accomplish for their lifestyles, families and communities, and translating those priorities into long-term financial plans. Thoughtful in her recommendations, she leverages the breadth of J.P. Morgan to integrate investment, philanthropic and trust and estate strategies in a cohesive approach. Known for being thoughtful, creative and proactive, Kiley is a steady advocate for clients as their lives, businesses and priorities evolve.

Kiley brings nearly two decades of experience in consulting and wealth management to her role. She began her career as an English teacher in Italy, then worked with ultra-high-net-worth families in New York and Denver before joining Crestone Capital to gain experience in a multi-family office environment. She returned to J.P. Morgan in 2022 and most recently served as a banker working with clients who built wealth across technology, life sciences and the innovation economy. Her return to North Carolina represents a homecoming to her roots and she is eager to leverage her extensive wealth management experience to serve individuals and families across the Carolinas.

Kiley graduated with distinction from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, earning a B.A. in Public Policy. She holds an M.B.A. in Finance from the McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas at Austin.

Kiley and her husband, Reed, reside in Raleigh with their two young children who are the lights of their lives. Outside of the office, Kiley is an avid wine enthusiast and is pursuing advanced postgraduate-level wine studies. She and Reed are extensive travelers and have visited five of the world’s seven continents together.
