
Keith Fleming
Keith Fleming is a Managing Director at J.P. Morgan Private Bank. As the Head of the South Atlantic Region, Keith leads a team of Bankers and other specialists to deliver holistic wealth management advice, strategies and services for affluent individuals and their families. His focus is on providing a full suite of capabilities to help clients fulfill their purpose and leave legacies for the next generation.
In his senior role, Keith sits on the Southeast Region Operating Committee and oversees the growth agenda for Georgia, Alabama and Tennessee, and the strategic direction for enhancing business results. He believes strongly in a client-first culture, leading from the front and empowering his talented team to deliver the best of J.P. Morgan. Keith draws on his deep roots in the area to play an active role in connecting with business owners and stakeholders in the community.
With more than two decades of industry experience, Keith has a long history of managing high-performing teams and simplifying the challenges inherent in running a complex organization. He serves as a powerful liaison to the strengths of J.P. Morgan, removing obstacles and navigating across the expanse of the firm. Keith’s experience includes 17 years in Banker and Team Lead roles within the firm’s Commercial Bank, focused on corporate clients along the wealth spectrum. Most recently, he ran the Commercial Banking region for the state of Georgia, and brings this sophisticated background to serve high-net-worth individuals in the Private Bank.
Keith earned a B.A. in History from Roanoke College. He received an M.B.A. in Finance from the University of South Carolina.
Both Keith and his wife, Deirdre, are setting an example for their two children on the value of giving back. He sits on the boards of the Metro-Atlanta Chamber of Commerce and the Georgia Chamber of Commerce. They are both involved at Pace Academy and The Children’s School of Midtown, where their daughter and son are students.
Keith and his family enjoy the outdoors, travel whenever possible, attend their son’s club soccer games and daughter’s drama performances, and are season ticket holders for Atlanta United.
