Elyse Ausenbaugh is the Global Head of Deposits and Custody for J.P. Morgan Private Bank. The Deposits and Custody team remit includes safekeeping of assets, strategic cash management, and optimizing account structures for our clients. As global head, Elyse leads the end-to-end management of the group’s offering worldwide, spanning product strategy and development, sales, platform modernization, and operational delivery across regions – helping clients achieve their goals while supporting the firm’s balance sheet strength.

Prior to her current role, Elyse was the Head of Investment Strategy for J.P. Morgan Wealth Management. In partnership with asset class leaders and the Chief Investment Office (CIO) team, she was responsible for developing and communicating the firm’s economic and market views and investment strategies to advisors and clients. Elyse has spent her entire career at J.P. Morgan, and has also held business management roles supporting the global wealth management investments organization.

Elyse earned her B.A. in economics and minor in legal studies from Northwestern University. She is also a CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) charterholder. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, and live music.
