
Diandra Weaver is a Managing Director at J.P. Morgan Private Bank and the Head of Investments and Advice for the Miami market. Diandra leads a team of specialists in presenting financial advice to many of the firm’s most strategic and complex investment clients. She draws from the richness of her capital markets background to drive business impact and build J.P. Morgan’s visibility across South Florida and Puerto Rico.
In her senior role, Diandra is a dedicated advocate who is committed to providing families with the guidance and resources necessary to help establish long-lasting legacies and futures consistent with their values. She develops the talents of each team member, empowering them to deliver the firm’s intellectual strength and navigate portfolio decisions across asset classes and vehicles. Diandra continues to engage with a select group of clients within the context of their overall financial pictures.
Diandra has over a decade of experience working in the finance industry. She started her career within J.P. Morgan Investment Bank, working on the Global Equities Trading desk in New York. As part of their Electronic Client Solutions team, she spent several years specializing in Algorithmic Trading, launching new product initiatives across North America and providing global institutional clients with customized algorithmic strategies. Prior to that role, she focused specifically on Quantitative Investor Solutions, working with quantitative hedge funds to tailor low latency trading strategies and risk management products.
Diandra is a past member of Morgan Circle, a select group of individuals from J.P. Morgan Private Bank recognized for their exceptional client service and contributions to the firm. She currently serves as her region’s Ambassador to J.P. Morgan’s Women’s Investor Program, developing and implementing the organization’s strategy to attract and retain women investors. Beyond her professional commitments, Diandra is dedicated to her community, volunteering as a “Big Sister” with Big Brothers Big Sisters of America for the past several years. Her achievements have been recognized by the South Florida Business Journal’s Diverse Voices and Legacy South Florida’s 40 under 40.
Diandra holds dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Economics and International Studies from Yale University. She resides in Coral Gables with her husband, Martin, and their son, Arlo.
