
Chadd directs a talented and diverse team of Bankers in providing sophisticated wealth management strategies to some of the firm’s most successful financiers, entrepreneurs, C-suite executives, families and institutions. In his senior leadership role, he scales the resources of an industry leader to facilitate clients’ pursuits of their financial goals and aspirations, including leaving legacies for the next generation.
Chadd and his team focus on optimizing each client’s balance sheet across four core pillars: investment management and wealth planning, lending strategies and access to liquidity, trust and estate planning and concierge-level banking. Anchored by a goals-based process, his practice is centered on asset allocation, efficient use of capital, risk management and tax efficiency.
Chadd has worked for J.P. Morgan Private Bank in New York City and Greenwich, Connecticut since 2018. Prior to joining J.P. Morgan, Chadd was Head of Trading at BlueCrest Capital and Co-Head of Trading at Millennium Management, two of the world’s most prominent hedge funds. Chadd additionally held the role of Head of Trading at Oppenheimer Asset Management and began his career as a Management Trainee at Bear Stearns & Co.
Chadd graduated from Franklin & Marshall College with a B.A. in Government. He earned his MBA from the University of Miami and holds an M.A. in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University.
