
Head of Americas Equity Trading
Andy Grayson is a Managing Director and the Head of Americas Equity Trading for Global Wealth Management. In his role, Mr. Grayson leads the equity trading team located in New York, which is responsible for the execution of equities and listed options transactions for our Private Bank, J.P. Morgan Wealth Management, as well as J.P. Morgan Self-Directed Investing. Additionally, his teams manage syndicate distribution and the administration of our Special Equities business: Restricted Stock and Directed Share Plan offerings. Additionally, he served as an original member of the Wealth Management Technology & Innovation Council, focused on helping technology set strategic priorities and develop a strong working relationship between the front office and tech teams.
Mr. Grayson has thirty years of equities trading experience. Prior to joining the Private Bank, Andy was a member of the Corporate & Investment Bank’s Electronic Client Solutions business, where he held multiple roles in Sales & Trading, including: Head of Americas Sales. Before joining J.P. Morgan, Andy served as President & CEO of Neovest Trading, where he was responsible for its cash and electronic trading businesses before it was acquired by J.P. Morgan in 2005. In his time at Neovest, he also held the roles of Managing Director – Institutional Sales & Trading, as well as Chief Compliance Officer.
Mr. Grayson is a graduate of Tufts University, with a B.A in English.
