- Tell us your background.
I’ve spent my entire career in financial services, where I have held various roles and leadership positions. Throughout my career journey, I have experienced a few mergers and embraced the changes along the way, which has helped to deepen my leadership skills and adaptability to organizational changes. I’ve led teams in both Nashville and Atlanta, and have called both places home.
Personally, I’ve been married for 25 years and have two daughters in college. We’re excited to re-establish our roots in Nashville—a city we all know well and love.
- Describe your leadership style.
It’s not about me, it’s about my team. I am deeply dedicated to the success of my team and am their biggest advocate. I embrace change and embrace it quicker than everyone else. As a leader, it’s important for me to be myself, authentic and the same person in all scenarios.

Approachable, fun, and a little bit prankster.

Nashville is one of the fastest-growing and best cities in the world. A lot of folks will say their city offers something for everyone, but I truly believe that Nashville has a little something for everyone no matter your age or stage in life. With so much growth across multiple industries, it’s become a vibrant city with a diverse community. I love that people are choosing Nashville.
- What do you enjoy doing in your spare time?
In my spare time, I can usually be found playing golf, grilling, watching football or spending time with my daughters. I also enjoy live music, and have even been known to get up on stage every once in a while, which is always a lot of fun.
