Tell us your background.
I’m a Pittsburgh native with deep roots in the city. After earning my law degree from Duquesne University, I started my career at Goldman Sachs Ayco, focusing on tax and estate planning. Over the past 20 years at Goldman, I’ve held role across training, client management and leadership. Most recently, I led the Pittsburgh office and served clients across Pennsylvania, Ohio and West Virginia.

Describe your leadership style.
I always strive to lift my team up while maintaining a strong sense of accountability. My open-door policy means my team knows they can rely on me for guidance and support as they grow in their careers.
What’s the best piece of career advice you were ever given?
The best advice I’ve ever received is to communicate openly and often with leadership. If you have goals, make sure your leaders know about them—be clear and intentional. This approach has allowed me to shape my career exactly as I envisioned.
What excites you most about joining J.P. Morgan Private Bank?
I’m excited to bring my Pittsburgh roots and passion for this community to J.P. Morgan Private Bank. Having the opportunity to focus on expanding and growing our business right here, alongside an incredible team, is truly energizing. I look forward to driving growth for our clients, our team and the market, and making a meaningful impact in the city I love.
What do you hope to accomplish in your first year?
My goal is for everyone in the office to feel confident in their new leader. I hope to foster an environment where my team feels both comfortable and challenged to grow and evolve in their careers.
What do you love most about Pittsburgh?
Professionally, Pittsburgh offers the best of both worlds—a close-knit, caring community with the resources of a major corporation. Our office feels like a family, backed by the strength of J.P. Morgan. Personally, I’m one of five siblings and have a large family here, which keeps me deeply connected to the city. I also serve on the board of the Ronald McDonald House and the finance committee at Duquesne University, further strengthening my ties to the community.
What do you enjoy doing in your spare time?
Family is everything to me. I love spending time with my children, whether supporting their activities, enjoying the outdoors or cooking together at home. We enjoy special trips and gatherings, especially our annual trip to visit family in Calabria, Italy, for a week of food, fun and connection.
What is one fun fact about you?
When I was younger, I spent a summer living in Rome at the Vatican, which was an unforgettable experience!
