By attending, or confirming your attendance to the event described in this invite (“Event”), you agree that your personal data, including your name, contact details, photograph, video and audio recordings of you ("Data") that you have submitted to, or which has been collected or will be collected by JPMorgan Chase & Co and/or any of its affiliates, branches or subsidiaries (severally and collectively "JPMC") in relation to the Event, you acknowledge and agree that JPMC may use the Data for the purposes of organizing the Event, promoting the Event and/or providing information on the Event through any form of media now existing or hereinafter developed (“Promotional Material”), inviting you to future events that we believe may be of interest to you and generating articles and materials of interest to you before, during and after the Event.
Specifically, your name, photographs, video and audio recordings of you may also be used for other incidental and promotional purposes, including in relation to the featuring of (including being displayed at) future similar events; and may be shared with other participants at the Event.
In exchange for good and valuable consideration, the sufficiency and receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, you waive any right you may have in relation to the inspection or approval for use or alteration of your name, likeness, image and voice to appear in relation to or be associated with the Event or for such other incidental or promotional purposes. You also hereby irrevocably waive any and all of your moral rights (including to royalties or other compensation of any kind) which you may have in the Data, including photographs, video and audio recordings of you or to such Promotional Material in which your Data, including the photograph, video and audio recordings of you, may appear.
You give to JPMC and its affiliates the unrestricted right and permission to use, produce, reproduce, publish, adapt, modify (in accordance with applicable law), photographs, video and audio recordings of you in such Promotional Material. You release, discharge and agree to save harmless JPMC and its affiliates from any liability in respect of any liability due to blurring, distortion, alteration, optical illusion (as applicable), or use in composite form that may occur or be produced in the taking of your photograph or the making of video and audio recordings of you or as a result of processing or publication, and from legal action in relation to invasion of privacy, right of publicity or libel. You acknowledge and agree that you will not produce any photographs, video or audio recordings of the Event without JPMC’s prior written consent.
You further acknowledge and agree that, for the foregoing purposes, JPMC may share the Data with its subsidiaries and affiliates, other participants of the Event, invitees to, and participants of, future events and third parties, including service providers and social media platforms (the "Recipients"). You acknowledge that the Recipients may be located in or outside of your jurisdiction, including without limitation, the United States, Hong Kong, Singapore, China, Australia and Japan (as applicable), and agree to the transfer of the Data to such jurisdictions by JPMC. Such countries or jurisdictions may not have data protection laws as strict as in your local jurisdiction, with the result that Data may be subject to a lower standard of data protection.
