New York, September 10, 2026 — J.P. Morgan today announced that Nelle Miller and William Sinclair have been appointed Co-CEOs of its U.S. Private Bank, effective immediately. Miller and Sinclair will lead the firm's $2.4 trillion U.S. private banking business and more than 5,500 professionals across 57 offices who serve individuals, families, entrepreneurs, executives, family offices and institutions across the country.

The appointments follow the July 2025 naming of David Frame as Global Chief Executive Officer of J.P. Morgan Private Bank, reinforcing the increasingly global nature of the firm's wealthiest clients and their assets.

"The Global Private Bank has delivered strong growth over the past five years, and the U.S. is at the center of that momentum," said David Frame. "Nelle and Will have built outstanding businesses, developed high-performing teams and demonstrated deep expertise. They are uniquely well positioned to lead the U.S. Private Bank into its next chapter."

Miller is currently Head of New York, the Private Bank’s largest U.S. market. She joined J.P. Morgan in 2002 and has held a number of leadership roles across the firm. She is a founding member of the Global Investment Opportunities team, and has led national specialist groups serving complex families and institutions including the Outsourced CIO and Morgan Private Advisory organizations.

"I have spent my career alongside clients through market cycles and the most meaningful moments in their families' lives, and Will and I are fortunate to lead a team that knows our clients just as deeply," said Nelle Miller. "The decisions families face today are more interconnected than ever spanning private markets, liquidity and multigenerational planning. This is an extraordinary opportunity to build on everything that makes this business special.”

Sinclair joined J.P. Morgan in 2007 and has built one of the firm's most prominent client practices, leading more than 500 professionals. As Head of the Financial Leaders Group and Global Co-Head of the Family Office Practice, he advises many of the firm's largest and most complex clients across public and private investing, fixed income strategies, credit and liquidity solutions, and estate and philanthropic planning.

"Nelle and I are honored to take on this responsibility together and bring the global scale of the Private Bank to families and markets across the U.S.," said William Sinclair. "We have a fantastic franchise, with exceptional people and an unparalleled breadth of capabilities. Our focus will be on delivering the full power of J.P. Morgan to our clients and continuing to attract and develop the best talent in the industry.”

The U.S. Private Bank oversees more than $2.4 trillion in client assets and is the largest market within J.P. Morgan’s Global Private Bank.
