Drew Needs is a Vice President and Banker in the Las Vegas office of J.P. Morgan Private Bank. Drew works closely with successful business owners to help unlock the value of their concentrated wealth. He acts as a primary point of access to deliver innovative strategies and generate ideas that allow his clients to focus on their top priorities.
Drew understands that these individuals are engaged in busy professional lives, and he helps integrate their sophisticated needs for investment management, banking and lending. He offers advisory guidance for estate planning, tax mitigation and other concerns that are unique to affluent individuals. Drew is particularly skilled in pre-transaction approaches and the strategic management of liquidity that is generated from a sale or mature business. He is responsive and brings a sense of genuineness that resonates well with the clients he serves.
With a seven-year career spent entirely at the Private Bank, Drew has developed a deep appreciation for the challenges and requirements that often accompany the accumulation of wealth. He looks forward to bringing this experience to Las Vegas and building the firm’s presence in the area.
Drew has been interested in financial management since he lived in close proximity to Wall Street while attending high school. He is a graduate of Brigham Young University, where he earned a B.S. in Finance. Drew was recruited to the Scottsdale office of J.P. Morgan following an internship while still in college. He holds FINRA Series 7 and 63 securities licenses.
