Maria Freire-Crespo is an Executive Director and a member of the J.P. Morgan Wealth Management Restricted Stock Group, based in New York. Maria provides regulatory knowledge and support for control and/or restricted securities transactions. With over 25 years of control and restricted securities experience, Maria works closely with clients, their advisors and issuer counsel to help facilitate transactions for corporate executives, board members, founders and restricted stockholders to ensure executions are in compliance with SEC regulations.

Prior to her current role, Ms. Freire-Crespo served as a primary liaison between trusts and estates, sales teams and client service specialist for Liberty Street Trust (the trust company of Oppenheimer Capital).

Maria joined J.P. Morgan Securities in 1994 and has worked in the J.P. Morgan Private Bank for over 25 years. Maria holds the Series 7 and 63 Licenses.
