Martha Voss

Managing Director, Team Lead

Martha serves as the Houston Market Lending Solutions Team Leader, Managing Director. In May 2017, Martha rejoined JPMorgan after serving for two years as Head of the Wealth Management Banking Practice for Houston and Austin at Northern Trust.

In her 37 years of experience with JPMorgan Chase (and its heritage organizations), Martha served in a wide variety of leadership roles throughout her career in multiple lines of business. This includes roles in both credit / risk and new business development/banker roles for 14 years in the Private Bank as well as in the corporate, middle market, correspondent banking, and municipal finance businesses. Prior to joining Northern Trust, she had relocated to California to serve as West Region Credit Executive for the Commercial Bank’s GHHN (Government, Healthcare, Higher Ed, Not for Profit) business, helping with the region’s expansion efforts.

Martha has been married to her husband Craig for 38 years and they have two children, Michael (33 years old) and Lizzie (31 years old). She has been active in the Houston community for many years, currently serving on the Board of American Red Cross – Houston Region (including serving on the Executive Committee and chair of its Philanthropic Committee and Board Recruitment Development Committee) as well as a member of the Executive Women’s Partnership of the Greater Houston Partnership (including the Steering Committee and New Member Committee).

Martha holds two degrees from the University of Texas at Austin: MBA (1980 in Accounting and Finance) and BBA (1979 in Marketing).
