Adrian C. Jones
Adrian C. Jones is an Executive Director and Market Team Lead at J.P. Morgan Private Bank. In his role, Adrian oversees the growth and strategic direction of this team of Private Bankers and Investment Specialists in the Miami office. Together, they work with wealthy individuals and their families in seeking to achieve their overall goals and objectives across their balance sheets, including strategies around investment management, trust and estate planning, lending and liquidity solutions.
Adrian leads by example both personally and professionally, providing clients with the capabilities for which the firm is known—global access, goals-based advice and an elevated experience with tailored strategies that target their sophisticated needs. He serves as a culture carrier, bringing an insightful lens and an empathetic leadership style to create an environment of diversity and inclusion. Adrian’s strength lies in his ability to navigate the organization’s global infrastructure, connecting people and delivering a committed local presence. His goal is to make very complex financial circumstances simple and elegant.
Born in Brooklyn, New York, Adrian spent a decade on Wall Street as an Equity Derivatives Trader at Citigroup and as a Private Wealth Advisor at Goldman Sachs. He joined J.P. Morgan in 2018 as a Private Banker focused on financial institutions.
Adrian is involved with J.P. Morgan’s Advancing Black Pathways, a program that seeks to strengthen career opportunities and mentorship in the Black community. Through a partnership with the Miami Marlins, he has hosted many financial literacy courses, and was recently named one of South Florida Business Journal’s 2022 Diverse Voices.
A graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, Adrian earned a B.A. in Economics. He holds an M.B.A. from New York University’s Stern School of Business.
Adrian serves on the Event Committees of the Perez Art Museum Miami and the American Friends of Jamaica, and on the board of directors of the Street Academy for Financial Literacy.
