
Melroy Patterson is the Industry Executive for the Professional Services Industry at JPMorgan Chase, which encompasses accounting, architecture, consulting, engineering and law firms with annual revenues between $20 million and $2 billion. He developed the strategy that is enabling bankers to deepen existing client relationships and acquire new clients, with an emphasis on efficient and effective treasury operations, combined with customized working capital and growth capital solutions.
Melroy has over 30 years of experience in developing and leading commercial lending teams in the New York Metro Region.
Prior to joining JPMorgan Chase, Melroy was a Senior Relationship Manger in the Global Banking Group at Bank of America, where he built a portfolio of public and private companies with significant concentration in the professional services industry.
Prior to joing Bank of America, Melroy was the New York Metro Leader for Bank of New York Mellon’s Commercial Banking Group. At Bank of New York, he led a large team of Relationship Managers and support staff dedicated to providing commercial banking services to middle market companies, including sophisticated treasury and capital market solutions.
Melroy holds a master’s degree in Business Administration from Columbia University and a B.S.B.A. from Thomas Edison State University. He is FINRA certified, and holds Series 7 and Series 63 securities licenses.
He sits on the board of directors for Global Nomads Group, an organization dedicated to creating empathy and compassion among the world’s youth.
He is married with two sons and resides in Florida’s Sarasota area.
