Suzie Teixeira Kovatch, CFA®
As Head of Investments & Advice, Suzie works with high-net-worth individuals, families, business owners, corporate executives, foundations and endowments. Her primary focus is identifying the goals, objectives and risk tolerance of her clients and their investment portfolios. Once determined, she provides recommendations for a suitable portfolio allocation drawing from public equity, fixed income, alternative investments, derivatives and currencies. Suzie works in close coordination with other specialists on the J.P. Morgan team to provide comprehensive wealth management capabilities that help her clients meet their financial goals.
Suzie began her career in the Indianapolis office of J.P. Morgan’s Private bank in 2008, after graduating with a finance degree from Indiana University where she also played Varsity soccer. In 2012, she relocated to New York, where she served as the business manager for J.P. Morgan’s Brazil Asset Management business. Thereafter, she joined J.P. Morgan Asset Management’s Global Strategic Relationships team as a due diligence relationship manager, covering Chief Investment Office teams of Independent Broker Dealer client firms. In 2017, Suzie rejoined the Indianapolis Private Bank.
Suzie is fluent in Portuguese, holds the FINRA Series 7, 9, 10, 63, and 65 licenses, and has earned the right to use the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation. She is a member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Society of Indianapolis, and serves on the Board of Directors for Girls Inc. of Greater Indianapolis and Downtown Indy, Inc. She lives in Indianapolis with her husband and three kids.
