
Jeremy Frank is a Managing Director and the Houston Market Manager at J.P. Morgan Private Bank. Jeremy leads a team of 130 Bankers, Investment Specialists, credit executives and former practicing trust/estate attorneys who oversee $70 billion in total client positions. Together, they advise some of the area’s largest and most successful individuals, family offices, corporate executives, private equity firms, institutions and endowments that seek the intellectual strength of a premier financial organization.
A native of Houston, Jeremy plays an influential role in driving the strategic priorities for the region, serving as a gateway to best-in-class capabilities so that clients can fulfill their purposes and leave meaningful legacies. He is a member of the Houston Market Leadership Team, a group of J.P. Morgan’s most senior leaders, and the face of J.P. Morgan in the community.
Jeremy ensures his team is at the forefront of intergenerational estate planning, investing, business structuring, tax mitigation, and other sophisticated investment and planning strategies. He has a long history of partnering directly with clients, and is brought in to consult on complex deals and orchestrate access to the Commercial & Investment Bank and other lines of business.
Jeremy was twice selected for the Morgan Circle, a small group of J.P. Morgan Private Bankers from across the country who have been honored for their exceptional performance. In addition to his impact in Houston, he has traveled internationally to help other J.P. Morgan teams build and execute their strategic visions.
Throughout a 15-year career, Jeremy has amassed a strong background in startups, capital raise and exit strategies. Previous roles include a Senior Portfolio Advisor at Merrill Lynch and a Senior Partner at Novodyn Advisors, a Houston-based hedge fund. Jeremy holds a B.S. in Economics with a focus in Finance from Texas A&M University.
Jeremy, his wife, and their four young children are members of The Kincaid School community. He is an avid supporter of St. Jude/ALSAC, and is an emeritus member of the Past Presidents Council of the Southern Federation of SLAC. Jeremy is a national member of The Order of St. Ignatius, and a congregant of St. George Orthodox Christian Church.
