How to create custom groups or automatically sort your accounts
Group your accounts for increased visibility and added organization with J.P. Morgan Online℠ or the J.P. Morgan Mobile® app¹. You can also set your accounts to automatically sort alphabetically or by value.
Here’s how to get started:
- Sign in to JPMorganOnline.com
- Select the “person” icon on the top right to access "Profile & settings"
- Select "Account settings"
- Select “Manage custom groups”
- Select “Create new group”
- Name your group
- Select the accounts to be included in the group
- Select “Save changes”
- Optional: You can set a group to always appear in your accounts overview by choosing "Make default"
- Repeat for additional groups
- You can now view your custom groups on the accounts overview screen by default or by selecting the dropdown next to “Showing”
- Sign in to JPMorganOnline.com
- Select the “person” icon on the top right to access "Profile & settings"
- Select "Account settings"
- Select “Default sort order”
- Select “Account Name (A-Z)” to alphabetize
- Or select “Account Value” to sort by account amounts
- Select “Save”
- Sign in to the J.P. Morgan Mobile app
- Tap “All accounts” at the top of the screen
- Tap “Create groups”
- Tap “Create new group”
- Name your group
- Select the accounts to be included in the group
- Tap “Save changes”
- Optional: You can set a group to always appear in your accounts overview by choosing "Make default"
- Repeat for additional groups
- You can now view your custom groups on the accounts overview screen by default or by selecting the “All Accounts” dropdown on the top
