Q: What do you think we do differently here that lifers take for granted?
A: The innovation in products, solutions and processes over the last several years, all of which make it easier and more seamless to deliver the most elevated banking experience, and the most tailored advice, to our clients. Clients and new bankers consistently tell me that our JPMorgan Online app is best-in-class—sometimes it’s hard to see the evolution over time when you are “in it” every day. Fortunately, we have an incredible group of new advisors to remind us!
