Q: Why J.P. Morgan Private Bank?

A: I am proud to wear the logo and be associated with J.P. Morgan Private Bank. There is a level of prestige that comes with the brand. Our firm does great things everyday for everyone and we are a pioneer in banking, but specifically in Private Wealth Management.

Q: How does J.P. Morgan Private Bank foster a diverse and inclusive workplace?

A: Every day, I am encouraged to bring my true self to work. I am celebrated and supported to represent my ethnicity and background when I am in the office. The firm does a great job in making sure that everyone feels welcomed and that their opinions matter.

Q: What has been keeping you at J.P. Morgan throughout the years?

A: The culture and the people have kept me at the firm for over 10 years. I am pushed to excel, to try different things and explore areas of strengths that I never thought I would have an opportunity to practice. We have a great culture here that fosters teamwork.

Q: What key things make your job easier?

A: Our technology is advance and robust, which helps make our jobs easier. Leadership is constantly asking for feedback, and when we provide it, they work hard to address it. This ultimately leads to the level of support we receive from the top down. We have great, hardworking people who will go above and beyond to make sure we all succeed.

Q: What is the best enhancement you have seen here since joining?

A: San Diego is a growth market, and we are growing at an exponential rate. With this level of growth, we need a lot of support from a personnel and technology perspective. Technology has improved a lot and we’ve been able to grow our support staff from one to 10 in a very short period of time. The firm has moved quickly to provide support so we may better serve our clients and communities.
