Lisa Hunt

Restricted Stock Specialist, Restricted Stock Group

Lisa Hunt is a member of the Restricted Stock Group at J.P. Morgan Wealth Management, based in New York. Lisa provides regulatory guidance and support for control and restricted securities transactions. With over 20 years of control and restricted securities experience, Lisa actively participates in client meetings and works closely with both client and issuer counsel to help facilitate restricted stock transactions and 10b5-1 Sales Plans.

Prior to joining the J.P. Morgan Private Bank in 2013, Lisa was the regulatory manager for the special equities desk in the investment bank. She concentrated on providing regulatory guidance to a team of 10 professionals on restricted stock transactions, corporate buybacks as well as performing supervisory duties outlined by compliance.

Lisa received a B.S from Herbert H. Lehman College, the City University of New York (CUNY). She has her Series 7, 63, 24, 55, and 79 Licenses. Lisa currently lives in Westchester with her husband.
