Biography
Graciela is a wealth advisory professional specialized in advising Ultra-High-Net-Worth individuals and families on estate planning strategies designed to maximize the transfer of wealth to future generations in a multi-jurisdictional context.
In 2021, Graciela joined the J.P. Morgan Middle East and Turkey team from a single family office based in Switzerland where sha acted as Chief Operating Officer and head of Legal and Compliance for the family and its operational business. Prior to that Graciela was a Wealth Advisor for J.P. Morgan Latin America team for 8 years. Graciela also worked for PWC Luxembourg as a senior consultant focusing on International Tax Planning and M&A. She also worked at the Mexican Inland Revenue.
Graciela is a registered Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP) with the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners. She has a law degree from Instituto Tecnologico de Monterrey and holds a Certificate of Advance Study from Universidad Complutense de Madrid in taxation. She holds a Certificate of Advance Study – Compliance in Financial Services from Geneva University.
Graciela is fluent in Spanish, Portuguese, English and French.
