
Brian Bisesi is Head of the East Region for J.P. Morgan Private Bank, based in New York City. He is responsible for a team of over 200 Bankers, Investment Specialists, Wealth Advisors, and Lending Specialists who oversee more than $145 billion in assets. Drawing upon the global resources of JPMorgan Chase & Co., the team is dedicated to providing customized wealth management advice, strategies and services to individuals, families, foundations and endowments across all wealth levels. He is a member of the U.S. Private Bank Operating Committee and Chair of the Alternatives practice for the East Region.
Brian joined J.P. Morgan in 2010 to build the International Prime franchise from London. In 2013, he moved to New York to execute the EMEA client strategy globally and was responsible for sales professionals located in New York, Boston, Chicago, San Francisco, Dallas and London, managing over $1.5 billion in client revenues.
Prior to joining J.P. Morgan in 2010, Brian managed Prime Services Sales for Barclays (as a result of the Lehman bankruptcy) and Lehman Brothers. In these roles, he spent over 12 years in London gaining a unique perspective on the global hedge fund landscape as well as deep product knowledge across the entire prime and financing spectrum. Brian was one of 50 Lehman Brothers' employees to be selected as a member of the Chairman’s Circle for outstanding client service and was a key architect of the firm’s Quant Prime and Stat Arb offering. Prior to Lehman Brothers, Brian worked with Credit Suisse from 1996 through 2002. He relocated to London in January 2000 to establish the firm's first Prime Sales organization, creating its initial footprint in the European hedge fund community. Brian began his career at JPMorgan Chase & Co. (with Chemical Bank Corporation) as an analyst in its Credit and Management Training Program.
Brian is a graduate of the University of Rochester, with a degree in Political Science and Economics, and completed a management program in Finance and Accounting at the University of Rochester’s Simon School of Business. He holds dual citizenship in the United States and United Kingdom.
