
Scott Graulich is an Executive Director and Lending Specialist at J.P. Morgan Private Bank. Scott works with high-net-worth individuals to help meet their borrowing needs through cost-effective and tax-efficient strategies, including mortgages, lines of credit, and customized lending and financing.
With a career that has been focused exclusively on lending, Scott has the transactional knowledge to deliver specialty financing guidance tailored to any situation. His grasp of the lending environment allows him to help clients unlock the value of their full balance sheets. He is skilled at identifying specialty lending strategies for illiquid assets.
Scott leverages his background and the breadth of J.P. Morgan to provide structured loans secured by commercial real estate, concentrated stock positions, illiquid assets (including hedge fund interests), life insurance, aircraft, and art.
Scott began his career as a Credit Analyst at J.P. Morgan, and subsequently worked as a Director on the Real Estate Finance Team at UBS. His return to J.P. Morgan provides an opportunity to reconnect with the culture, colleagues and credit platforms of a firm he knows exceptionally well.
Scott holds an M.S. in Real Estate from New York University’s Schack Institute of Real Estate. He earned a B.S. in Finance and Accounting from the Martin J. Whitman School of Management at Syracuse University. Scott and his wife live in Westchester County, New York. His interests include fitness, travel, dining out and spending time with family.
