Hi. I'm Danielle Wright. I'm the head of JPMorgan Private Bank in Utah and in Idaho. This is my leadership spotlight.

I've worked in a lot of different places through my time at JPMorgan. And Utah is by far my favorite place to work. This is home for me. This is home for my family. And our team here really feels committed to the local community. That means we're a part of many boards, committees, and chambers. And we are active participants whenever we're part of those. We spend a lot of time figuring out ways to connect the dots, provide our global network locally where it matters, and help our clients, many of them who are business owners, help them receive the best of what we have at JPMorgan.

We are building this business together. And so as a leader, I lead by example. I share best practices. But also, I really empower my team to build this business together. So there's a lot of other people on my team who have leadership roles. And I give them all of the resources and the empowerment that they need to succeed in those.

Some of my proudest moments are when a client or a community partner says "thank you" for something really specific that we've done for them. And I just feel this sense of ownership and real pride over the services that we're providing.

Everything that I'm going to be involved in, I get into it 110%. And I try to become an expert and learn everything that I can. And that's helped me in so many ways with clients over the years. Frankly, I think it's just a more rewarding way to operate.

Most people don't know that we've been in Salt Lake City for a hundred years. I have a daughter. And I want this to be the place that she lives and thrives. And so I really care about improving the community that I live in, both my neighborhood, Salt Lake, the state of Utah. And so I'm trying to do everything that I can to be civically engaged and be involved in different community efforts that just continue to make Utah such a great place to live, because I care about her future. And I care about the future of my teammates and our clients and their families and their children. And so any way that I can help, I enjoy spending my time making this a great place to be.

I'm really lucky to work at JPMorgan Private Bank because we are global. That means we have boots on the ground in every major city across the world. And it means that we get expertise globally.

My job as an advisor is taking all of those global resources and the expertise and everything that we know as our best thinking and then apply that to each individual client and their own needs. I love doing that because Utah is an amazing place. We have so much going for us. We can help clients on a daily basis.
