Robert Fritz is a Managing Director and member of the J.P. Morgan Private Advisory leadership team, a cross-disciplinary group of over 100 global specialists who collaborate to deliver innovative and forward-thinking strategies, working closely with Private Bank Advisors to help clients make well-informed decisions and achieve their goals.
As Head of Executive Advisory, Robert advises CEOs and other senior executives on compensation and benefit-related matters to help them maximize these sophisticated offerings.
Robert draws on three decades of experience working directly with some of the most influential stakeholders in corporate America, whose wealth is closely tied to corporate benefits. He takes a consultative approach to help these successful clients think critically about their long-term goals and make strategic decisions that align with their aspirations. Robert’s proficiency spans the full range of company-sponsored executive compensation structures, including stock plans, deferred benefit plans, retirement plans and more.
Prior to joining J.P. Morgan, Robert spent over 30 years at Goldman Sachs Ayco, where he led the overall strategy and growth of the Executive Wealth practice as well as the income tax and insurance business.
Robert earned a B.S. in Business Administration and Management from Saint Michael's College and an M.B.A. from Union College. He sits on the boards of the LaSalle Institute and the Troy Savings Bank Music Hall Foundation. Robert enjoys spending time with his wife and four adult children and traveling to new destinations.
