A different level of access

Only a select group of sophisticated investors are offered access to unique private investment opportunities sourced from our Investment Bank and Private Capital Markets deal team, alternative investments platform, and roster of affiliated managers.

Morgan Private Ventures connects you with deal teams and management teams, as well as direct data room access for each transaction so that you can conduct your own independent due diligence and analysis. You invest directly into the cap table of a company or co-invest through a fund sponsor with direct access for ongoing, post-investment discussions regarding your investments.

Opportunities in the pipeline emerge from companies seeking strategic capital from institutional investors, like sovereign wealth funds, mutual funds and family offices, in addition to traditional growth or venture capital sources. Family office participation also allows these companies and their leaders to explore strategic relationships and benefit from the unique insights and advice brought to bear through individuals and families representing today’s most successful businesses.

Morgan Private Ventures is available only to Private Bank clients who meet institutional suitability standards.

Access, experience and exclusivity define the direct investment opportunities we provide our Private Bank clients.
