As Regional Practice Lead for the Lending Solutions practice for the Florida region, Katy Lingle focuses on providing structured credit solutions to high-net-worth individuals. She is responsible for drawing upon the global resources of J.P. Morgan to provide wealthy individuals and families with advice on liquidity planning, capital structure, and debt financing. She works in close partnership with the multiple practices at J.P. Morgan to provide integrated solutions on interest rate protection, asset monetization, and wealth transfer. Recent transactions have included fine-art bridge finance to manage timing between purchases and sales of artwork and foreign-currency-based loans to implement a view on FX Large interest-only mortgage to lock in long-term financing in a highly tax efficient manner.
Katy has over 10 years of experience as a member of the Sports Finance practice at J.P. Morgan. This team focuses on delivering sophisticated credit structures to teams and team owners across the four major leagues (NFL, NBA, MLB and NHL).
Katy joined the firm at its headquarters in New York in 2007. In 2014, she re-located to Miami. She is a former member of the Private Bank’s Advisory Council, a cross-disciplinary team that provides long-term strategies for major initiatives undertaken by the firm. A native of Baltimore, Maryland, she has an M.B.A. from Duke University Fuqua School of Business and a B.S. from Wake Forest University
