Chief Executive Officer of Wealth Management Solutions
Brian Carlin is the CEO of Wealth Management Solutions at JPMorgan Chase & Co. In this role, Carlin is responsible for all wealth management products globally, including investments, lending, banking, trusts & estates, insurance, retirement solutions and wealth planning and advice. Carlin is also a member of the Asset & Wealth Management Operating Committee.
Previously Carlin served as Chief Financial Officer for J.P. Morgan Asset & Wealth Management, with responsibility for all aspects of financial reporting, planning, analysis and strategy. Prior to that, he was Global Head of Products & Investment Solutions for J.P. Morgan's Global Wealth Management business.
Carlin joined J.P. Morgan in 2001 as a member of the Private Bank Strategy Team, working with the Chief Investment Officer and Global Head of Equities to develop strategies and investment solutions. In 2004 he was appointed Head of Taxable Fixed Income, and subsequently assumed responsibility for all of Fixed Income, Currency and Commodities in the Private Bank.
Carlin is a graduate of American University (B.S.), Georgetown University (M.B.A.) and holds the Certified Financial Planner designation. He sits on the Board of Trustees for the Liberty Science Center, and lives in New Jersey with his wife and three children.
